Job description
•	Perform the diagnostic, maintenance, repair and updating of equipment parts and peripherals of our clients’ workstations, printers and servers;
•	Proceed to the updating of our clients’ communications and telecommunications components;
•	Perform the diagnostic, maintenance, repair and updating of equipment parts and peripherals of our organization’s workstations, printers and servers;
•	Provide all administrative reports as required by the supervisor.

Technical requirements
•	Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar position;
•	APS (Accredited Platform Specialist) and/or MCP Windows 2003 and/or MCSE or MCSA and/or CITRIX and/or ADS and/or CCNA certification or the equivalent;
•	Possess a CEGEP diploma in computer science (AEC accepted).

General requirements
•	Experience in project management;
•	Skills pertaining to the writing of documents and procedures;
•	Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written).

Asset
•	Experience as a network technician/administrator in the health care sector.
