Job description
•	Perform Active Directory and Exchange migration tasks;
•	Perform consultation and rollout tasks;
•	Perform analyses of high level consultations in the fields of networking, systems, security, data management and protection;
•	Support account managers with regard to pre-sales functions;
•	Participate in the improvement of marketing strategies;
•	Monitor the progress regarding the implementation of certain projects.

Technical requirements
•	Having performed several Active Directory and Exchange migrations;
•	Experience in project management;
•	Minimum of 7 years experience with a Microsoft environment (NT4, 2000, 2003, Exchange, MS Cluster Server) and practical experience in networking (TCP/IP, Frame Relay, RNIS, IPX, routing, VPN, switching, etc.);
•	Familiarity with the concepts of contingency planning, high availability, servers (hardware), architecture, documentation, IT procedures and computer security mechanisms.

General requirements
•	Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written);
•	Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
•	Ability to translate the organization’s needs into revenue-generating technical specifications;
•	Excellent client-oriented approach;
•	Good business knowledge (“pain points”, “go to market”)

Asset
•	MCSE 2003 certification
