Ensures latest hardware support from the manufacturer. Many features are added regularly to work in unison with software developers' libraries and utilities.

Services offered:
•	Update of all firmware on Compaq, HP and IBM servers:
•	Hard drives
•	RAID boards
•	System boards
•	Internal and external print servers

O/S Hot Fix And Service Pack Updates
Ensures latest software support and bug fixes from the manufacturer. Many features are added and problems are resolved. Often patches are designed to work with firmware revisions on key hardware.

Services offered:
•	All Microsoft workstation operating systems from Windows 9x through 2003 and XP
•	All Microsoft server operating systems from Windows NT through 2003 including Small Business Server
•	All Microsoft workstation applications
•	All Microsoft server / Back Office applications
•	All Novell server operating systems
•	All Novell server applications

Dial-Up Internet Support
This option provides unlimited support for Microsoft Proxy Server. Clients will benefit from a full support contract in the event their server should fail (applicable on dedicated servers only).

Services offered:
This option includes 7x24 support, patch updates and hardware migration if need be (new server sale, same operating system).

Microsoft Exchange Server Support
This option provides unlimited support for Microsoft Exchange 2000 and 2003. Clients will benefit from a full support contract in event their Exchange Server should fail (dedicated servers only).
